“Lake Lucerne” (CL No 334) dated 1857, by George Baxter. This print is signed on the path, in the centre. There is a rare variety of this print with no sun’s rays, steamboat, or 2 figures in centre foreground. The picture is after Turner. It is now unframed, but mounted. It had been a Stamped Mount version (the SM having been cut out and placed on the backboard!). The pictures show the detail and excellent quality of the print.
